Board members who have access to this module also have access to the organization module. This contains i.a. organization charts, overviews of the development of the number of workers over time, total sickness absence and the organization's goal plan. For users of Boardroom, it will therefore be easy to familiarize themselves with the state of the organization, work with current board issues and prepare for upcoming board meetings.
A board issue is a topic that a board of directors deals with in one or more board meetings. A board issue consists of a case number, a case description, attachments, input from board members and one or more decisions. All board members can create new issues in Hermana and change existing ones.
In principle, a board issue is something for which all board members have a joint responsibility. But you also have the opportunity to give individual members the responsibility for a single board case by sending them a task. You can send a task to one or more board members, and you can send several different tasks to the same person.
In a board meeting, the board members deal with board issues and make decisions. A board meeting in Hermana consists of information about the time and place of the meeting, who is present, an agenda, as well as documents such as the notice of the meeting, board minutes and other attachments, such as a budget.
Boardroom also has functionality to send a meeting notice, distribute board minutes and obtain approval of the board minutes.
