Follow up
Performance management is about assessing and verifying performance, to correct along the way and ensure that everyone heads in the same direction. The performance management module gives you the opportunity to follow up on your workers and their performance, and it provides an overview of what is needed to do better.

Objectives and Activity Plan
The objectives plan is prepared by you and your immediate supervisor jointly. It contains individual performance objectives, seen in relation to the organization's overall objectives. The goals are broken down into tasks, which you regularly give feedback on, so that your immediate supervisor can follow the progress. Goal achievement is discussed in a performance appraisal.
An activity plan contains short-term activities that you and your immediate supervisor regularly follow up on. An activity plan supports the performance objectives defined in your objectives plan.

Personal Development Plan
One of the prerequisites for good performance is that you have the required competence. If you need e.g. a course or continuing education, you and your immediate supervisor jointly prepare a personal development plan. The plan describes which tasks you will complete, at what time and what results are expected. Here too, you can periodically provide feedback.
