You keep your working hours up to date using the module for time registration in Hermana. Hours are easily registered on customer projects, departments, internal work or absence. The time registration module is an important part in achieving a structured administration of the organization's use of resources. This contributes to orderly customer invoicing and correct salary payment. Like all other modules in Hermana, time registration can be performed on PC, tablet and mobile phone. This allows you to follow up your working hours anytime and anywhere.
A timesheet contains registrations with information about when you have been at work and the activities you have performed. The timesheet covers a limited period, usually one week, so that activities that last longer than this period will appear in several timesheets. A set of timesheets forms the basis for calculating balances, e.g. number of banked hours, number of project hours and number of hours worked during a period of time.
You send timesheets for approval to your immediate supervisor and to others you have worked for (like a project manager). The recipient is notified in an e-mail and must then either reject or approve it. As a manager, you have access to overviews that show how many hours workers in your department have registered and how large the balances of banked hours are. If a worker uses the time clock on a mobile phone with GPS activated, you can also see where the worker is located when he/she clocks in or out.
Worker data shall only be registered once, and workers should be able to see what is registered about themselves. Personal data is anonymised when a worker leaves.
Use the time clock to register attendance, or register working hours directly in a comprehensible timesheet. Add any allowances and supplements that you would like to be paid.
